Designation Customer Support Engineer
Job Description
  • 1.Achieving revenue target of Annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
  • 2.Attending & resolving all customer complaints with in defined SLA.
  • 3.Doing Preventive maintenance calls (PMC) at defined regular intervals.
  • 4.Resolving customer technical issues related to product and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
