• We shall render maintenance services during 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding our holidays to keep the contracted equipment in good working order.
• Business Octane has over 80 engineers and technicians providing support to customers across the country.
• We have 7After-sales support engineers providing After-Sales support exclusively in Delhi and the National Capital Region
• During the Warranty period we have full-fledged process to follow with each OEM and SLA signed to take care of Customer calls though for all criticality we have in house inventory to support .
• At Business Octane, and we maintain the 25 % of the inventory for our existing customer base to ensure best support and services across India. We have also have back to back arrangements with Polycom/Crestron/ Exton and are their one of the largest revenue earner for Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) in this industry.
• We have in house training sessions for every Engineer on board and regular trainings are conducted to enhance the capabilities and to have best of skilled Engineers .The trainings have internal assessment  and  Engineers have to  give test and to pass the level to reach  the maximum level .The Technical Team helps them in  assessing the each Engineer and then  conducting the training session as per their knowledge

While training of engineers is a continuous process & all the engineers are being trained either in house or during the training conducted by OEMs, we also have in house hands-on training modules for Engineers & AV technicians in the following trades:

• Cable terminations.
• Rack dressing & building
• Layout of cables & conduits.
• Installation of the special equipment like Displays, Codecs etc.
• Audio/Video Signal routing to minimized EMI thus ensuring clean audio without hum or distortion & video image with flutter.
• All the trainings are followed by test modules for effective feedback.
• We take the trainings as a very serious affair because we strongly feel that only if the various building blocks of the system are installed & inter-connected properly, will there be very few post installation challenges & projects can be delivered much faster.
