Designation Customer Support Manager
Job Description
  • Achieving revenue target of Annual maintenance contracts for entire branch team.
  • Resolving all customer complaints well in time and ensuring all preventive maintenance calls are done in time. Respond to dynamic customer expectations by constantly innovating new ways of service delivery within the limited budget/manpower by enhancing productivity and implementing cost effective solutions.
  • Co-ordinate with the respective teams at the Region and conduct regular interlock meetings to discuss complaints and to make & monitor action plans to ensure implementation. Ensure adherence for complaint resolution and other benchmarks defined. Ensure that the necessary training and periodic updates are provided to the staff.
  • Warranty, Service Issues/Technical issues related to product Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Good leadership skills to lead a team of customer support engineers.
  • Strong basic technical competence.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
