- Preparing & sending quotations for AMC, replying to enquiries, preparing order confirmation, invoice dispatch, order processing, maintaining records, payment collection.
- MIS Reports Handling. Collation & compilation of operations data for the branch. Consolidating weekly, quarterly, monthly and yearly Reports. Accurate & timely monthly reports to be compiled.
- Allocating call to engineers.
- Filing and maintenance of office reports & documents.
- Maintaining filing System of office.
- Co-ordination with branch offices and other departments.
- Keeping track of daily & monthly collections, orders & dispatches.
