Designation Service Coordinator
Job Description
  • Preparing & sending quotations for AMC, replying to enquiries, preparing order confirmation, invoice dispatch, order processing, maintaining records, payment collection.
  • MIS Reports Handling. Collation & compilation of operations data for the branch. Consolidating weekly, quarterly, monthly and yearly Reports. Accurate & timely monthly reports to be compiled.
  • Allocating call to engineers.
  • Filing and maintenance of office reports & documents.
  • Maintaining filing System of office.
  • Co-ordination with branch offices and other departments.
  • Keeping track of daily & monthly collections, orders & dispatches.

Experience -
Location Hyderabad
Qualification Graduate/postgraduate with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior Coordination experience would be given due preference.
