Designation Sales Coordinator
Job Description
  • Preparing & sending quotations, replying to enquiries, preparing order confirmation, invoice dispatch, order processing, maintaining records, payment collection.
  • MIS Reports Handling. Collation & compilation of sales data for the branch. Consolidating weekly, quarterly, monthly and yearly CSF(Cumulative Sales Funnel) reports with accuracy.
  • Filing and maintenance of office reports & documents.
  • Qualitative Analysis to be provided on Monthly sale/Dept. sale to be done/specific project.
  • Communicating with customers for payment follow up etc.
  • Coordinate sales activities & ensure prompt response to customer queries & concerns.

Experience -
Location Mumbai
Qualification Graduate/postgraduate with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior Sales Coordination experience would be given due preference.
