AltraCOLLABORATOR™ 1000 is also available in

For every meeting room follow a simple 5 stage process. |

Step 1 - Choose DTADA (Dynamic Telepresence Acoustic Display) for MRDTE. |
Choose DTADA (Dynamic Telepresence Acoustic Display Assembly) to transform your
meeting rooms to media rich dynamic telepresence experience. Empower 2 to 12
participants to meet with 2 to 12 participants at the distant site in media rich dynamic
telepresence experience to accelerate collaboration across distances.
DTADA 1000 consists of 58” PDP as People Display and 58” PDP as Content Display
along with a highly aesthetic stand. DTADA S 1000 consists of 60” LCD as People
Display and 60” LCD as Content Display along with a highly aesthetic stand. The
assembly pack comes with a 1080p codec with maximum call speed upto 4 Mbps,
stereo mics and stereo speakers and a acoustic rack unit wherein all the other requisite
collaboration equipments are placed.

Step 2 - Choose amongst AltraWORKDRIVER™ LX models and sizes as per your
specific requirements. |

AltraWORKDRIVER™, a collaboration enabler, is specifically designed to help you get real work done in video
teleconferences as well as local meetings with rooms having seating capacities of 4 to 24. It is available
in four models - AltraWORKDRIVER ™ 25 LX, AltraWORKDRIVER ™ 50 LX, AltraWORKDRIVER™ 75 LX and
AltraWORKDRIVER™ 100 LX, which are further available in six different sizes denoting PC share capabilities.
Automatic system shutdown in the evening and restart in the morning on working days saves energy and
increases the life of the equipment. A manual override is also provided for operating after designated hours or
during holidays.

A. SimpliUSE+ ™
Business Octane’s new revolutionary user interface *SimpliUSE+™ incorporates
TeleConnectWizard™ for connecting multiple locations over Group Telepresence or Dynamic
Telepresence mode or a combination of both with extreme simplicity. You can also add any legacy
video conference meeting room or multiple audio participants. The interface also empowers
participants to connect using their desktops alongside multiple Business Octane Immersive
Telepresence Collaboration and Distance Training Suites. This ensures all locations, irrespective of
the conferencing set-up, can easily join in the call, anytime and anywhere. Now for the first time,
allow any non-technology user on demand to connect all participants over MPLS / Internet / ISDN.
In-built ad-hoc dialing further empowers you to connect to any remote participant, enabling you
to reach all your participants simultaneously without any downtime.

SimpliUSE™ can be optionally upgraded to SimpliUSE+™, which also requires additional Customized Unified Conference Bridging Solutions with
Business Octane TeleConnectWizard™.

B. SimpliUSE™
Business Octane’s user interface, SimpliUSE™, is designed to empower users to connect to any
Group Telepresence or Dynamic Telepresence or any legacy video conferencing location with an
audio participant added in. Additionally, “Mi Own Control™” allows for simple and elegant use of
all other functionalities of the Suite.

Step 3 - Choose amongst the available sizes of AltraLITING™ EX depending on the
seating capacity of the room. |
AltraLITING™ EX, a collaboration enabler, provides studio quality lighting to improve effectiveness of video
teleconferencing, helping far site participants see local participants with their faces fully lit and without any
under eye shadows that have been reducing the effectiveness of your video teleconferencing substantially,
in the past.
• The solution is suitable for all conference rooms from 4 to 24 seaters. For larger rooms, customized
solutions are available.
• The solution is available in six sizes - AltraLITING™ 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 EX, which are meant for conference
rooms having seating capacities of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 respectively.
• The minimum room seating capacity for local meetings in conference rooms to offer MRGTE should be
12 and for MRDTE should be 4.
• AltraLITING™ EX is a customized lighting solution for which the ceiling design has to be done as per
Business Octane’s specifications. Also, to get the best results, the background wall / panelling should be of
approved Business Octane color and shade. |

teleconferencing, the solution provides stereo audio capability during video teleconferences.* AltraCLARITY™
100 EX is available in sizes 100/6, 100/12 and 100/24 depending on the room size of each conference room.
The maximum room dimensions for implementation of AltraCLARITY™ 100 EX for size 100/6 is 44’ x 22’,
AltraCLARITY™ 100 EX for size 100/12 is 88’ x 22’ or 44’ x 44’ and for AltraCLARITY™ 100 EX for size 100/24 is 88’
